Information Clause Pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR*

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the University of Warsaw, located at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, 00-927 Warsaw, Poland.
  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who supervises the lawfulness of data processing. You can contact the DPO via email at: iod(at)adm.uw.edu.pl.
  3. Based on your consent to data processing, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending/subscribing to the newsletter.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of your subscription to the newsletter.
  5. Your personal data will not be disclosed to other recipients.
  6. Providing data is voluntary. However, failure to provide it will make it impossible to subscribe to the newsletter.
  7. You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
  8. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to: akademia@icm.edu.pl.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
