7th Edition of Omics Data Science
On November 24, we are opening recruitment for the 7th edition of the course “Omics Data Science – Bioinformatics and Analysis of Large-Scale Biomedical Data”, directed toward graduates and students of medical and STEM fields.
In addition to an introduction to biomedical data analysis, the course provides an overview of the basic tools used in bioinformatics, as well as the challenges of modern genetics. Classes will begin in February 2026 and will include over 200 school hours (2 semesters, 13 weekend sessions). Omics Data Science is taught by geneticists, bioinformaticians, and data analysis experts – distinguished specialists from the leading research centers in Poland.
The course curriculum is delivered using the computing infrastructure of the ICM UW Data Center. At the same time, we implement the latest MedTech solutions in genomic analysis, allowing participants to compare the computational methods they learn with their commercial counterparts.
Classes are conducted in Polish.
